that is wrong if you have documentation about taking it in before the waranty expired they have to do something. you need to personally speak to someone else and tell them you will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau! seriously if there will be complaints made it has a way of changing peoples minds. That is how my mom got over $3000 back from a repair shop! they were going to do nothing until she said look you are AAA recomended I will make a complaint with them if you are not willing to discuss this. They then proceeded to give her, her monies back.
Sooo, I heard you got $1.35 from them for the class action thing...I just got a check for $24.86 for a class action suit I never even knew about...life is good in TN. =)
